You must be at least 18 to create an account. Keep your details accurate and your credentials secure. Guests can browse and contact concierge. Signing in with a verified account migrates only that browser identity’s guest history. Membership and service eligibility are subject to staff verification, applicable provider requirements and expiry dates. Viewing a card does not activate a paid tier or grant shareholder rights.
A request, saved preference, waitlist place or conversation is not a confirmed reservation. Before you commit we identify the provider, service, dates, inclusions, total price, currency, deposit and cancellation terms. Unknown prices require a quote. Quotes can expire or change and require renewed review. Payment acknowledgement is separate from staff confirmation of the service. No recurring membership charge is authorised merely by creating an account or making an enquiry.
Do not impersonate others, access another account, harass people or interfere with the service. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or protect systems and provide a way to discuss outstanding bookings. SHIJIA is not an emergency service. Important travel details should be verified with your provider.
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Each provider remains responsible for its contracted service, without removing our applicable responsibilities. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. English law governs these general terms subject to mandatory consumer protections and available courts. Provider contracts may specify their own law. Later website changes do not retrospectively remove agreed booking rights. Send complaints and your requested remedy to help@shijia.co.uk.
