The public site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Optional card-light preferences require your choice; Essential only is the default. The privacy choice is remembered for 180 days. The browser app uses essential secure HttpOnly session cookies. Language, appearance, favourites, addresses, selections and unsent drafts are stored per browser identity. These local preferences do not create reservations. Private conversations and authenticated API responses are not stored in the service-worker cache.
If you choose a public-site language, a first-party cookie remembers that choice for 180 days. It takes priority over the country supplied by our hosting provider. Where that country is unavailable or has no supported language match, the site defaults to English. Opening a translated page keeps that page’s language. Country selection does not request your device’s location.
You can change language, appearance and notification preferences in Settings. Signing out clears this account’s active browser drafts and session; other browsers remain separate. Clearing browser data removes guest credentials and local drafts and may prevent recovery of a guest conversation. Optional preferences can be revoked through Cookie settings. Browser push requires explicit permission and can be turned off; signing out revokes its session binding.
