Before you commit we identify the provider, service, dates, inclusions, total price, currency, deposit and cancellation terms. Unknown prices require a quote. Quotes can expire or change and require renewed review. Payment acknowledgement is separate from staff confirmation of the service. No recurring membership charge is authorised merely by creating an account or making an enquiry.
For vehicles, agree licence eligibility, insurance, mileage, permitted use, fuel or charging, delivery, collection and deposits for the exact booking. Airport chauffeur transfers and self-drive handovers are different services. Each selected car has its own dates. Review the cancellation deadline, timezone, any fee, no-show rules and deposit-release conditions in your exact quote before accepting. Contact concierge with the booking reference to request a change or cancellation; a message or account deletion is not itself a cancellation. Refunds follow the applicable service terms and mandatory rights and are reported from verified payment records. Refunds may reverse referral credits. We do not promise a universal refund period or free cancellation for every service.
